To download them you will want to download them to C:\Program Files\Starcraft\maps\replays. Put the replay in there and it will show up on your list in the game. If you want to post them here then go to the replays section (in the navigation at the top of the site) and click on the New Thread icon. Type your message/description and then down at the bottom below the text-box there is "Additional Options". Click on the "Manage Attachments" button and browse to the folder location of your replays that I stated earlier. The rest is self-explainatory.
