How do i view screenshots of mine?

I take a few screenshots in a channel then i try to view them and it doesnt allow me to view them, what should i save it as???

it will automatically be saved as whatever.pcx

you need graphical software that can view this file format. right now i cant, but i think when i reinstall photoshop that i should be able to again. if anyone else has any ideas (i know i used to be able to view them in mspaint b4 i reformatted, maybe theres a plugin you can download) then pls post them ^_^

i used to have photoshop too, but i got a big ass virus, so i had to reformat my whole computer and i lost all my files.. Plus all my photoshop software was illegal >.<

I have a LEGAL copy of Photoshop, two of them actually. Everyone makes fun of me for shelling out the 600 dollars for them.

Get ACDSee. I'm not sure if it is freeware or not, but I'm sure resourceful people such as yourselves could figure something out.

eh, i got nothing, but i have a friend who can crack anything... i'm just too lazy to ask him to crack me some photoshop.

I got a program that I just convert them to .jpeg files, but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. I never take screenshots, so it doesn't top the list of "good to know."

Just go to Google and type "convert .pcx" files and I'm sure you'll find something.

ACDSee = very fast image loader. Once you 1 picture open, you can just scroll and it goes up or down. Check it out, good for handling lots of pictures.
