BWscanner help

bwscanner.exe appliation error

the application failed to initialize properdly (0xc0000135). click on OK to terminate the application.

i've downloaded BWscanner from www.bwscanner.com in zip format. when i uncompress it, there is only a bwscanner.exe. when i run it, it gives me the above error.

Be sure you have .NET framework installed. But if you do then I dont know.

i think you should click on OK to terminate the application.

im guessing you tried reinstalling it.. if reinstalling it doesnt help im clueless ^_^

i've tried running sc, then later bw, then running BWS with no success. i've tried running BWS before starting SC/BW without success. i have no other clue.

i have BW NO-CD from maglanat or something like that

to install the .NET framework if you dont have it

i've also read the FAQ but it doesn't have any information about a crash upon BWS start up. i remember an old BWS where you had to install the program into windows. it doesn't do so now as a stand-alone-program so maybe that's the problem?

i haven't reinstalled SC/BW because it's a hassle...

please clarify .NET FRAMEWORK. is that in network connections?
under local area connection properties i have:

the connection uses the following items:
client for ms networks
file and print sharing
QoS packet scheduler
internet protocol

If you get an error message you will have to download and install the Microsoft .NET framework.

BWScanner plays different roles for your Starcraft game:
Allows players to be sure their opponents aren't hacking. This actually supports all official Battle.net servers and Netwars;
Can choose and set up a game on a randomly chosen map (BWMap picker);

dang it i hate installing stuff, especially big files. .NET frame work is a 23MB installation file!!!!!!!
