West has more hackers then east

I recently counted this. On the east ladder, the first 170 people have a rating of 9999. While on west, the first 302 have a ranking of 9999. Man, I hate those westie hackers.

Winbotting is hacking, its using a Third Party program to make changes in the data files. BWScanner is hacking, and PP is hacking. All of them are.

well, i should have worded it differently, i meant like uhh, alters the game, it is not nescisarilly (spelling) bad, ima fan of PP and BWScanner, but its still a third party program that makes changes in the game (even tho it doesnt effect how its played or make it easier and whatnot) i did not say pp or bwscanner is cheating, because it doesnt make it easier or give an unfair advantage/disadvantage.
