bug in penguin bwac?

I was checking rep someone said he thinks opponent hacked in. The friend got a suspisious action nowhere close to his line of vision on a probe by opponents nexus. I checked bwchart for the action afterhand and readjusted it to see actions up to 50 minutes and its not on there. Is this a real call or a unreal one? I will not post a rep or a name as he's a friend but in the case he does turn out to be hacking he will not be my friend. I rewatched it again and still got the action.

no no, it wont show up as "suspicious" on bwchart, you need to remember the tick number the action took place on, and then go to that tick number in bwchart.

just check if the action exists in bwchart, bwchart is not very good to say if it's suspicious or not, but it should at least exists even if it's not in red in the bwchart list. oh and re-read the method :)
