Hey, I play BW, and i've found it difficult to play vs toss with ran w/o the use of medics. I dont understand how u can go right to metal, without dying to cannon rushes or zlot rushes. Or kill a zerg w/o medics.. especially seeing as how medics are so effective vs zerg... If anyone can help me out.. I'd appreciate it. I would guess that KeFu or Korean[bf] would be of some assistance to me.

Rines, largely, are unmicromanageable. Other than splitting and moving back....

I think you should have 3 barracks in the beginning to take out zealot rushes or cannon rush, of course u gotta micro them a lot. of course if u go for 3 racks, u make academy and upgrade range or stim. and after that, just go factory, and tech it up

general t v p, is all about rines, ghosts and tanks, mainly tanks, maybe a couple of gols if air comes... and sv with emp, but its not that needed if your good with lockdown...

early m&m is good especially if they dont have cannons up u can get probes, but later tanks and some gols are good.

i have seen someone make 2 armory and i dont see the peice on them moving so they are not upgrading im like why build them if ur not using.

Walling him in his choke does nothing for you really. Unless ur choke is wider than his. And if you've got all defence at his choke, he'll just laff @ u and temp u to death. Also: if ur men are in ur own base, you have a better chance of stopping early temp drops.

moving SCVs will reduce losses. Works real good when shuttles dont have speed, so u can spread SCVs easily

well you have to becarefull in the swtich from marines to tanks, if you do it to early you'll die out massed if you do it too late you'll die to goons or other higher tech units... so you have to find the balance to switch ... thats why you constantly scout ur opponent so that you get an idea of what's he doing and when is a good time to switch... and after that then it's all about u, voultures, tanks, wraiths, goliaths, firebats, marines, ghost... the best terrans usually mixed numerous units...

U were talking about hurrying to upgraded tanks. I was simply saying that rushing to tanks is not really necessary if u have medics :P

if u get tanks and gols and upgrade u wont have 2 worry about anything, you can have half the units he has and still win as long as u get tanks and upgrades.

im no expert with terran but i mass rines,gols,tanks,and vessals the whole game but i upgrade fast and i rarley lose.
