Me and a few others from west are Currently Trying to Revive West Server to Back how it use to be. If you Would like to Help msg ThR1LLa)maN( on West or BiRd(V)aN- on East.
If You Want to Join 8-Masters-8 Msg One of the Above alSo. Revivin 8m8 will help towards the West Server as in the Past When 8m8 West Server Was Quite Active n. Tourney will be hosted Every Friday/Saturday Once i Have a decent amount of Commited Members

i think it use to be, but im sure itll have a tag of some sort this time around - since noone wants to be apart of a non-tag clan these days - but i dont know fo sure ask thrilla- my opinion still stands i think its a waste of time

ya its tagless. and in its day it was pretty good.
There are quite a few good players who play east, who are from west. Doesn't really matter to me though, as long as I can find a gg.

I personally like 8-m-8 it had alot of memebrs who werent being forced to do anything they didnt want to do (brings in good players who like to stay tagless into the same roof.... easier to find good 2's matches)

8-M-8 used to be more of a channel than a clan anyways. Just make it a general sub-community channel to SCD or something. Maybe that will revive interest.

8-m-8 was good in its day ( i was in it:p) but reviving west is not going to be easy ( if possible) and its likly that alot of the clans made now will die if westies ever return, cause all the old west players wil want to start there own clan with there own friends, and leave the clans (lik 8-m-8) that they joined when they returned to west

Yah All of you that posted are right in your own way... but i have realized the downfall n several changes have been made.. i like shadowz idea of 8m8 being home channel of scd which i wouldn't mind but its up to Adrian. Personally my goaL was to get back all the people from east back to west n so far it hasn't been that bad but there is still majority of the west players n east i dont know what i gotta do 2 get them back but hopefully one day west server will be beack to how it was. :)

I didn't say it should be "Home Channel" for SCD. I said it should be a sub-channel, where "on the side" tournies can be held and stuff, but only for people who have signed up to SCD.

And by the way, West isn't as "dead" as all you guys seem to make out. Alot of people have just changed names, or are on at different times. I mean, it's not as active as it used to be, but it's far from "dead" as you guys say.
Yeah I'd say 8000 people is about the same as East. Just a little more spread out, there is no central gathering, so it looks dead, because the 1 channel you guys know only has 7 people in it.

where did you get 8000 ppl from? if its the /users (which doesnt seem to work anymore -.-) then im pretty sure that it returns the total #s for all sc players on all servers.

Does it really matter? West isn't as active as East, East is full of idiots (excluding a few nice people) and they're very active, Europe isn't too bad, and Asia....Well, what can you say about Asia? Probably just ^-^ :D

1 thing to think about, if u go into cristal today, a public channel, there are 3 or 4 bots just constantly spamming away, if we make channel public, cant stop assholes from advertising like this.

Yes i agree, those bots have to go =\ also in cristal after a game you get complete BM, thats why I have moved to west =D

I like the idea of revivin west server, not too long ago I revived ye olde KSq clan. But once KSq is chuggin along nicely, I'm sure we can help revive west too :) Then again, maybe you don't want help from a bunch of noobs like us :D
